Cruise West Re-launches Web Site

Cruise West has re-launched its web site with a new look and new features designed with agents specifically in mind. The web site allows clients to enter blog entries about trips, giving first-hand descriptions of their experiences. The new site includes a feature that allows agents to email specific web pages to their clients, officials said. It also allows agents easy access to rates and the dates of certain itineraries. The new site will also feature "webinars" tailored to agents looking for continuing education. Each month will feature a new course. The new web site can be found at the old Cruise West web address, [www.cruisewest.com].
