Crystal Cruises' second installment of its online training seminar launched this week, the line's latest course offered to travel agents to boost sales. To date, almost 1,000 agents have completed the first course, with 2,000 in the process. "Nearly 70 percent of Crystal's guests have moved up from mass market or premium lines," says Michael von Wittenau, Crystal's director of business development and group sales. "This training offers agents the tools and knowledge to up sell for higher commissions."
