Crystal Esprit to Call at Nevis in November

The Nevis Tourism Board recently announced that Crystal Yacht Expedition Cruises’ luxury yacht, Crystal Esprit, will call at Nevis starting November.

Guests aboard the luxury yacht will visit the island on their 14-day sailings for the next two years.

The agreement was solidified jointly between John Stoll, vice president of land programs for Crystal Cruises; Claudius Docekal, vice president of deployment for Crystal Cruises; and Mark Brantley, Nevis’ minister of foreign affairs and aviation, deputy premier and minister of tourism, during Crystal’s recent visit to Nevis.

“Nevis looks forward to this new partnership with Crystal and commits to working hard to make this relationship a long term and mutually beneficial one,” said Brantley in a written release. “Our aim is to provide the best possible yacht experience for travelers and as a luxury cruise line, Crystal Yacht Expedition Cruises is an ideal complement to the luxury experiences that Nevis offers. We are happy to welcome them.”

Nevis is part of the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis and is located in the Leeward Islands of the West Indies. Featuring beautiful beaches and with a volcanic peak at its center known as Nevis Peak, the island is the birthplace of U.S. founding father, Alexander Hamilton.

“The options for our guest on the island of Nevis are endless,” said Stoll. “I am really looking forward to working with the Nevis Tourism Board on curating experiences for our guests that highlight this remarkable island paradise.”

Air transportation to Nevis is easily available with connections from Puerto Rico, St. Maarten and St. Kitts.

“The island of Nevis is such a tranquil and stunning location, and the perfect locale for our luxury yacht, Crystal Esprit,” said Docekal. “We are looking forward to introducing our Crystal guests to this remarkable and unique destination.”
