Crystal Opens '07, Enhances Booking Engine

Crystal Cruises has opened the books for its 63 worldwide itineraries available in 2007 onboard Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity. Complete itineraries and fares are now online at [www.crystalcruises.com]. Crystal Cruises' 2007 Cruise Guide will be published in early March and serves as a preview to the 100+ page Worldwide Atlas available in April. Featuring 152 different ports, the rich 2007 roster of cruises range in length from seven days to the 109-day 12th annual World Cruise. Other highlights of 2007 include a return to a season cruising Asia, a call in Israel for the first time since 1999, Antarctica, more seven-day cruises than ever before, more overnight stays, and an emphasis on more ports per cruise. Recognizing that its luxury travelers are seeking grand experiences of the destinations, the line has planned cruises around Carnaval in Rio, the Tall Ships regatta in Stockholm, and the Military Tattoo in Edinburgh, in addition to several days in Beijing, St. Petersburg, and Cape Town, among others. In addition, the luxury line has enhanced Cruise Builder, its online booking engine for travel agents. Users now may change staterooms and/or categories for existing bookings and cancel bookings. Travel agents can also now view all of their bookings, whether made online or by phone, and make the changes, as necessary. At the time of booking, dining requests can also be made on Cruise Builder. Crystal Cruises is also planning additional online enhancements including the ability to revise clients' dining requests, make name changes prior to deposit and links to further booking information on the website. Cruise Builder was launched in early 2005. Travel agents can make Cruise Builder reservations through the line's travel agent link on its website, [www.crystalcruises.com] or directly at [www.book.crystalcruises.com].
