Ensemble Travel Group has introduced the Sheer Luxury promotion, a campaign designed to give member agents a competitive edge in building customer loyalty in the luxury cruise market. Sheer Luxury combines the benefits of the Ensemble hosted cruise with a consumer offer of $300 per couple shipboard credit (double occupancy) on select categories and hosted sailings on seven premium and luxury cruise lines: Celebrity Cruises, Crystal Cruises, Holland America Line, Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Silversea Cruises, The Yachts of Seabourn and Windstar Cruises. Travelers who book certain Ensemble hosted cruises with an Ensemble Travel Group travel agent can save up to 50 percent. Other benefits include the services of an Ensemble host throughout the cruise; a private onboard champagne and cocktail reception; a free Ensemble Experience shore event; and such other exclusives as prepaid gratuities. The Sheer Luxury offer applies to new bookings of ocean-view staterooms made through an Ensemble Travel Group travel agent member between April 17 and June 17. Travel must be completed by Dec. 31. In other news, Ensemble says a new member marketing and fulfillment kit is being delivered to members, featuring such selling tools as customizable newspaper ads, postcards for frontline agents to send to prospective clients, customizable consumer press release for members to place with local media, sample introductory letter for clients, member tips and booking instructions.
