European Waterways reports that it has seen a significant rise in the popularity of family and multi-generational travel bookings, and in turn is offering lower “value season” pricing for advanced reservations in July and August 2016.
The company attributes the popularity of family travel to its whole-boat charters which provide “the utmost privacy, a relaxed pace, and a customizable itinerary that ensures a memorable and active vacation for every generation."
In response to the growing number of family travel bookings, European Waterways has announced that it is offering up to $15,000 off the charter price on some of its last-minute departures this season. Destinations available with this offer include cruises to Burgundy, Southern France, Alsace and Lorraine.
