Hapag-Lloyd Cruises Announces 2013 Europa Itinerary

Hapag-Lloyd Cruises' 2013 Europa international brochure includes seven itineraries operating in English and German to the South Seas, New Zealand, Australia, the Indian Ocean, the Arabian Peninsula, Norway, the Baltics and the Mediterranean.

Itineraries include:

South Seas Winter 2013
: The Europa will explore the South Pacific islands in January 2013 stopping in Papeete, Tahiti, Auckland, New Zealand, Bora Bora and Raiatea, French Polynesia, Rarotonga, Aitutaki Atoll and Palmerston Atoll in the Cook Islands, Neiafu and Nuku'alofa in the Tonga and the Fiji Islands.  Rates start at $7,700 per person.

New Zealand Winter 2013
: February takes the Europa to Auckland, Tauranga, White Island, Napier, Wellington, Nelson, Picton, Lyttelton, Akaroa, Port Chalmers and Stewart Island, New Zealand as well as Sydney, Australia.  Rates start at $9,220 per person.

Indian Ocean Spring 2013
:  The Europa heads to Asia in March, making port in Singapore, Port Kelang and Bass Harbour in Malaysia, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, Columbo, Sri Lanka and Cochin and Mumbai, India.  Rates begin at $5,450 per person.

Norway Summer 2013
:  July brings the Europa to Norway, making stops in the Lofoten Islands, and the North Cape, Rosendale, Eidfjord, Alesund, Leknes, Skarsvag, Tromsoe, Geiranger, Hellesylt and Bergen.  Additional stops include Kiel and Hamburg, Germany.  Rates begin at $5,980 per prison.

Baltic Summer 2013
: Beginning in Kiel, and Hamburg Germany, with stops in Stockholm, Sweden, Helsinki, Finland, St. Petersburg, Russia, Tallinn, Estonia, Riga, Latvia, Visby and Gdynia, Poland, the Baltic adventure rates begin at $5,990 per person.

The April 12 - May 3 cruise from Dubai to Malta begins the new children 11 and under travel free program. Kids 11 years of age and younger, sharing a suite with one or two full-price adult passengers travel completely free of charge. Children ages 12-15 sharing a suite with two full-price adult passengers pay $60 per night, which includes all meals and soft drinks for lunch and dinner.

For the fifth consecutive year, Hapag-Lloyd Cruises is presenting the Stella Maris International Vocal Competition. During a 20-day itinerary in the Arabian Peninsula, from April 13 - May 3, 2013 from Dubai to Valetta, Malta,  young singers from the best opera houses in the world will by judged by the Europa audience headed by award-winning Canadian tenor, Michael Schade. Rates start at $9,410 per person.

In November 2013, the Europa will offer the 11-day Ocean Sun Festival which celebrates music from France to Portugal with stops in Spain, Algeria and Morocco. Rates start at $4,600 per person.
