Hapag-Lloyed Cruises has launched a redesigned "Time Is Precious" B2B portal for travel agents.
New features include a homepage with a simplified overview of the most important topics, as well as the ability for agents to view all sales-related information at a glance.
The changes were prompted by feedback Hapag-Lloyd received from its sales partners, said Carsten Sühring, Hapag-Lloyd's director, sales.
Other notable changes include an updated "Seconds" rewards system, which now appears on one page with a clearer layout. Additionally, a new footer offers access to all important links at a glance.
