Hapag-Lloyd's Experience.tv Highlights Europa 2's Culinary School (VIDEO)

Hapag-Lloyd Cruises' Experience.tv is back. In episode five, the line highlights the Miele-equipped culinary school on Europa 2:

At the cookery courses held in the school, articipating guests learn about the cuisine they will discover at individual destinations and are taught by Europa 2's onboard chefs how to make dishes themselves.

The Miele culinary school is the venue for hosting cookery classes, as well as workshops with gourmet guest experts. On selected cruises, Hapag-Lloyd Cruises invites these experts onboard Europa 2, who come from a range of culinary fields.

In this latest episode of Experience.tv, British cruise expert Jonathan Beaumont experiences first-hand how the Miele culinary school works. Beaumont interviews Wolfgang Otto of Otto Gourmet, who supplies meat to some of the best restaurants in Germany and Europe. In Wolfgang Otto’s “Perfect Meat Academy” guests learn how to prepare various types of meat like a professional chef.

Wolfgang Otto and the "Perfect Meat Academy" will be back onboard the Europa 2 sailing from Monte Carlo, Monaco, to Lisbon, Portugal, with stops in Barcelona, Ibiza, the Balearic Islands, Marbella, and Gibraltar, from June 12 – 19, 2016. Prices start at $4,095 per person/cruise only.
