Holland America Releases Online Training Videos through POLAR

Holland America Line's online training videos address questions regarding the POLAR Online booking agent without forcing agents to call HAL for assistance. // (c) 2011 Holland America Line.

Holland America Line produced a series of brief POLAR Online training videos to help travel agents utilize the various functions of the online booking tool. Found on the line’s Travel Agent HQ link at the Holland America Line homepage, the new videos enable agents to complete a variety of tasks quickly without having to call Holland America Line’s reservation center for assistance.
The 17 video training sessions range from one to 15 minutes, and were designed to provide quick guidance in a range of categories. The POLAR Online videos provide instructions on topics such as making a booking and changing the bed configuration to amending a group name or changing a stateroom number.
The short videos are available for repeated viewing and they also can be accessed at an individual’s desk or as part of a larger training class via download. The videos are available 24 hours a day.
