Home-Based Agent Receives Princess Academy Commodore Status

Princess Academy, Princess Cruises' online training program designed to help travel agents sell more cruises, Friday announced that Eric Lam, a home-based travel agent in Quincy, MA, had been the first to be awarded top Commodore status, by completing the 25 courses needed to graduate. The program recognizes agents as they move up through four ranks, with increasing levels of benefits, including onboard incentives and even a graduation cruise. "Academy has made me a better resource for my clients and I know I'll be able to increase my Princess bookings and grow my business as a result," said Lam.
