Hurtigruten has appointed Monika Hauge Nordgård as the company’s new global marketing manager.
Nordgård comes to Hurtigruten with a background in CRM and digital marketing having worked as the CRM and marketing manager for DFDS Seaways prior to this new position, and holds a master in marketing management degree from the Norwegian School of Management. She will be based in Oslo with other members of the marketing team and will work with the overseas offices in Hamburg, London, Paris and Seattle.
Hurtigruten is a leader in polar waters and destinations, sailing to destinations including Antarctica, Greenland and the Arctic’s Spitsbergen as well as year round along Norway's coast and Europe in the spring and fall. The company has a fleet of 12 ships, which each carry 100 to 646 guests.
