New York-based First in Service Travel (F1S) is launching a new, dedicated cruise division.
Known as F1S Cruises, the desk will work with 31 leading ocean and river cruise lines. Travel industry veteran and former Royal Caribbean sales executive Stephen Scott will run the new division.
F1S CEO and Co-Founder Fernando Gonzalez said that F1S had always wanted to open a dedicated cruise division, as the company is one of the top cruise producers in the New York area.
Scott said that the new division will offer clients value adds and exclusives through the company’s membership in Virtuoso.
F1S kicks off the launch with a fall ad campaign in Bella magazine, an upscale women’s monthly in New York and LA. The campaign includes event sponsorship during New York Fashion Week with Paris Hilton and the LA celebrity launch of the magazine in late September.
