Norwegian Cruise Line Takes TRS Fitness Training Fleetwide

Norwegian Cruise Line (www.ncl.com) is expanding its fitness program by offering TRX Suspension Training classes across its entire fleet.

These are group exercise classes that are currently only available onboard Norwegian Epic, but will be available fleet-wide by the end of February.

A popular fitness trend, the TRX Suspension Training classes combine strength training with adjustable resistance straps.

Norwegian says they allow participants of any age and fitness level to perform exercises that build core strength and power; increase flexibility; and enhance balance and mobility.

The optional classes are held four times a week on seven-day sailings. Cost is $20 for a single class or $60 for four classes.
