Oceania Cruises' Riviera Construction is Progressing

Oceania Cruises’ 1,250-guest Riviera left its construction dock for the first time on July 16.

The shipyard is now focusing on fitting out and finishing the Riviera’s interiors, which were designed with the help of the Y&S of Oslo, Norway.

Riviera will offer 625 accommodations ranging from 174 square feet to over 2,000 square feet. The ship includes a full-service Canyon Ranch Spa Club and fitness center, Bon Appetit Culinary Center, a swimming pool and hot tubs.

The Riviera will cruise the Mediterranean and cross the Atlantic in her inaugural year.
