Oceania Cruises started taking priority reservations Wednesday morning for its newest vessel, Marina, which embarks on its maiden voyage January 22. These reservations were open to Oceania Club members. On January 18, reservations will be open to the public.
The ship can accommodate 1,258 guests and is outfitted with 10 dining venues, bars, lounges, a Canyon Ranch SpaClub, fitness center, swimming pool and hot tubs.
Its first sail will be a 13-day cruise from Barcelona to Miami. Ports of call include Malaga, Spain; Casablanca and the Canary Islands. On February 8 she will make an 18-day voyage, crossing the Panama Canal, stopping at Cartagena, Colombia; Puntarenas, Costa Rica; Puerto Chiapas and Cabo San Lucas, Mexico; and Los Angeles and San Francisco.
The voyage between Barcelona and Miami is priced at $1,999 per person, early booking. The 18-day cruise starts at $4,299 per person.
