Onsite: Cunard Enhances Loyalty Program

ABOARD THE QUEEN MARY 2-Cunard Line is bolstering the number of benefits included in its guest loyalty program and adding a new level of status, the cruise line announced on Thursday. The Cunard World Club has now added diamond status to its preexisting silver, gold and platinum levels. To achieve diamond class, members must have voyaged with Cunard at least 15 time or logged 150 sea days. Diamond benefits include all platinum-level services plus complimentary Internet packages with additional hours; private consultations with cruise sales consultants; priority luggage delivery; dedicated shoreside diamond member contacts; and complimentary lunches in the specialty restaurants aboard Queen Mary 2 and Queen Victoria, once it comes into service in December. Other silver, gold and platinum level benefits include special disembarkation lounges, priority check in, special wine tastings and special preferred dining reservations.
