Prestige Cruise Holdings Names Gary Gerbino Communications VP

Regent Seven Seas Cruises' Seven Seas VoyagerPrestige Cruise Holdings (PCH), the parent corporation of Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises, has appointed Gary Gerbino as vice president of corporate communications. In his new role, he will head media relations and marketing communications for both lines, including overseeing the launch of the company’s Marina in January 2011 and Riviera in April 2012.

In his 25 years in the public relations industry, Gerbino's cruise experience includes ships carrying from 250 to 2,620 guests. Prior to joining PCH, he served at the public relations agency Lou Hammond & Associates, handling external communications for Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruise, in addition to boutique luxury resorts in Florida.

In addition, his experience includes his position as a vice president at M. Silver Associates, managing the Cruise Lines International Association account team and the launch of Queen Mary 2 for Cunard Line. Gerbino is a graduate of The American University in Washington, D.C., where he earned his bachelor's degree. Currently, he resides in Fort Lauderdale.
