Princess Cruises has added functions to its eTickets program, intended to make it easier for agents to monitor a client's documentation process and print out boarding passes for large groups through the Polar Online booking system. The new features of Princess eTickets include two ways for agents to keep updated on which clients have completed the necessary pre-cruise documentation. First, each day agents will receive an e-mail notification listing clients whose files have been completed and can be printed. Second, the Polar Online booking system will offer a screen to show which passengers have completed their documentation, or what information is missing.
