Royal Caribbean will operate short two- to five-night Bahamas and Caribbean sailings starting in 2009/2010 offering 18 different itineraries on 306 voyages, departing from Tampa, Port Canaveral, Port Everglades and Miami.
“Short cruises offer everyone a quick respite or a break from the usual,” noted Alice Norsworthy, senior vice president, marketing for Royal Caribbean International.
For the third consecutive year, Navigator of the Seas will operate short cruises from Miami beginning in November 2009. The Voyager-class ship was the first to offer an ice-skating rink and rock-climbing wall.
