Royal Caribbean Shows Appreciation to Agents

Royal Caribbean International is kicking off its travel agent appreciation month in April with a series of promotions throughout the year. The theme for the month of April is "Caribbean," and travel agents can expect their Royal Caribbean sales representatives to arrive laden with gifts and fun items including buttons and posters touting the travel agent appreciation month logo and an exclusive three-ring binder to help agents organize Royal Caribbean communications. Agents in the U.S. and Canada that book specific Royal Caribbean fall cruises between April 1 and April 30 will be eligible to win prizes. The sailings must be a new FIT or group booking with full deposits on any Royal Caribbean ship sailing between Aug. 1 and Dec. 31. One grand prize per week will be awarded: a professional interior design team will visit the winners' houses to transform their bedrooms using the cruise line's new bedding including a duvet cover, sheets, shams and decorative pillows. In addition, six first place prizes will be awarded per week, giving winners the bedding sets. Five second-place prizes weekly of New Balance sporting equipment or apparel will be awarded. Twenty-five third place prizes weekly will include tee-shirts, hats, Seattle's Best Coffee gift certificates and other prizes. Royal Caribbean will give up to 20 $100 American Express Gift Cheques for any agent booking through automation (any automation, not just CruiseMatch). Visit [www.cruisingpower.com].
