Following its July announcement of new cruise line additions, Sabre Cruises has announced another Sabre first—access to the luxury cruise line the Yachts of Seabourn. Starting September 8, agents shopping and booking through Sabre Cruises will receive an exclusive $100 per-suite bonus commission on Seabourn bookings through Nov. 8.
With Seabourn’s all-suite, ultra-luxury yacht offerings, agents in North America using Sabre Cruises now have a dynamic product to offer clients looking for a truly luxurious cruise experience, Sabre said.
In an effort to enhance its own customer relationships, Sabre Cruises representatives stay in close contact with their users. Because of its open dialog, Sabre Cruises has enhanced navigation, shopping and booking with new features based on the requests of its agents, Sabre said.
In addition to being able to comparatively shop five cruise lines at the same time, new features include: integration with ClientBase Live Connect to automatically populate passenger information within Sabre Cruise and then back to the customer management system; lead-in pricing that offers rate matching early in the shopping process on all berth options; increased agent efficiency with a reduction in overall time it takes to complete bookings; and enhanced ability to quote prices quickly with the new ability to toggle quickly between shopping and booking screens.
Additionally, regardless of a given agent’s affiliation with a global distribution system (GDS), they can now directly access Sabre Cruises at www.sabrecruises.com. Sabrecruises.com requires no downloads, features quick agent registration and is free to use anytime. All three features empower agents to be as productive as possible.
