Seabourn Opens Call Center in Sydney

Seabourn organized the creation of a team of sales and reservation specialists in Sydney, Australia in order to better respond to the Australian demand for their products.

The offices of Carnival Australia are located in Sydney, and include business development managers, representatives, and inside support staff led by Director of Sales Tony Archbold. Seabourn’s physical presence in Sydney is enhanced by their POLAR online booking system. The Sydney office operates Monday through Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 am – 7:00 pm, Thursday from 8:30 am – 8:00 pm, and Saturday from 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

The 450-guest Seabourn Odyssey will also feature a new 60-day series of cruises in the South Pacific region entitled “Stars of the Southern Cross.” The Seabourn Odyssey will sail from Los Angeles to Auckland, onward to Sydney, and then back to Los Angeles. It will visit islands of New Zealand, Tasmania, and the eastern Australian coast. The Seabourn Odyssey will return at the end of 2012 for a series of voyages through early March, 2013 from Bali to Sydney, Auckland, Wellington, and back to Sydney and Bali.

The Seabourn Quest will also be sailing the Australian coast in early 2013.
