Silversea Expeditions has announced a new lineup of Wellness Expedition Voyages offered aboard Silver Discoverer for 2016 and 2017. The new theme cruises are designed to offer guests the opportunity to improve their well-being while visiting ports in Southeast Asia, Australia, Oceania, Africa, and the Indian Ocean.

Silversea has partnered with wellness and fitness company Technogym on a program that includes stretching, yoga, and Pilates classes held on board and ashore (depending on location) and fitness classes conducted in the ship's onboard swimming pool, as well as daily lectures and cooking demonstrations on the benefits of healthy and balanced nutrition. Guests also get the choice of one complimentary spa massage treatment and gym sessions with a personal trainer.
