Stacie Faulds Named New Marketing Director at Cruise Planners

stacie fauldsCruise Planners, an American Express Travel Representative, has appointed Stacie Faulds as its new director of marketing. Faulds has more than 20 years of marketing communications experience at the Greater Fort Lauderdale Convention & Visitors Bureau, where she most recently served as director of marketing. 

At Cruise Planners Faulds will provide creative leadership and plan and implement strategic marketing, advertising and product development campaigns. She will oversee the development of Cruise Planners’ portfolio of marketing programs designed to target travel advisors and boost franchise owners’ reach. 

While at Fort Lauderdale, Faulds rebranded the destination from a spring break focus to a year-round international leisure and meetings destination, including through the Hello Sunny brand campaign and the Sunny.org website, Cruise Planners said. Faulds has collaborated with Cruise Planners on marketing initiatives targeting Cruise Planners Travel Advisors, pre- and post-cruise visitors and LGBT-travel, including the Love is Love event in celebration of same-sex marriage equality.
