Star Clippers opened bookings for its 2007 Mediterranean season. From April to October, the sailing ship line's three vessels will operate four- to 14-night itineraries. The flagship, the Royal Clipper, will sail on myriad itineraries including a return to Croatia. That vessel will sail weeklong roundtrips from Civitavecchia (for Rome) to other Italian ports, and longer 10- and 11-night sailings between Civitavecchia and Venice with calls at Italian and Croatian ports. Star Clipper's new line-up includes four- and five-night cruises and many roundtrip cruises from Cannes, France, as well as a mix of other voyages. Star Flyer will sail both seven-night and some longer journeys within the eastern Mediterranean to Greece and Turkey. Star Flyer will operate its final Mediterranean season in 2007 before repositioning to French Polynesia in December 2007.
