Tauck Launches New Mediterranean Itinerary

The allure of the Mediterranean isn't just for the big cruise ships; riverboats are getting in on the action too. Tauck World Discovery is launching a 12-day land/cruise itinerary through the western Mediterranean dubbed, "Mediterranean Discovery." Guests will first spend two nights at the Fairmont Monte-Carlo before boarding the 60-guest Le Ponant. The cruise will call upon such destinations as Ile de Porquerolles, off France's southern coast, La Camargue and Cadaques. Tauck will operate four departures of the itinerary, which starts at $6,790 per person, beginning next June. Included in the price are all shore excursions, most meals, pre- and post-stays, gratuities, transfers and admission to all attractions. Visit [www.tauck.com].
