UnCruise Adventures Introduces New Pure Panama Adventure Cruise With Added Savings

UnCruise Adventures has announced it will be launching a new Pure Panama adventure cruise in April 2017, with added opportunities for passengers to explore beyond the Panama Canal into jungles and tropical islands.

The newly refitted 62-guest Safari Voyager is set to sail between Colón and Panama City between April and November. The eight-night Pure Panama: Cultures, Coasts & Canal itinerary will include full transit of the Panamá Canal, bird watching along the Chagres River and a visit to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Fort San Lorenzo. 

Captain Dan Blanchard, CEO of UnCruise says when designing the itinerary, the line focused on combining adventure activities in the jungle and tropical islands with a cultural component that includes visits with the Guna and Embera native groups.

Safari Voyager includes amenities such as water sports equipment and a custom EZ dock kayak launch platform. Expedition guides lead tours and small group adventure activities designed for up close experiences with nature and wildlife. Kayak, paddle board and snorkeling among the Las Perlas and Guna Yala islands (formerly known as the San Blas), while travelers can also explore wildlife in the Darién Jungle by motorized dugout canoe and on hikes.

Sailing packages include a one night, pre-cruise hotel stay in Panama City; entry fees to national parks/preserves; exclusive transfers; tours and adventure activities; massage; all meals and spirits, wine, and beer on board the Safari Voyager.
