This Week in River Cruise: Uniworld Appoints Person Garcia to VP of Sales

Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection appointed Person Garcia to vice president of sales. Garcia will lead Uniworld’s sales operations as a member of the company’s executive management. He brings to Uniworld experience in business development, group sales, national account development, sales, marketing and product innovation. Prior to joining Uniworld, Garcia spent more than 20 years in travel, including sales positions at Norwegian Cruise Line, Premier Cruise Lines and most recently Crystal Cruises

Scenic Cruises launched their 2013 Europe River Cruising portfolio, announcing their first all-inclusive luxury river cruising experience. New additions include unlimited complimentary beverages (top-shelf brands are additional); private butler service for every guest; three new dining venues - River Café* (all day offerings), Table La Rive (degustation) and High Tea on the Terrace; Crystal Dining – new themed dinners with entertainment (including Hungarian and Bavarian); Scenic Riverview, a personal GPS Onboard guided tour system devices providing commentary; and complimentary Wi-Fi internet.
