Aboard Celebrity Cruises' Celebrity Eclipse, company executives recognized cruise retailer World Travel Holdings (WTH) as the line's 2010 "Partner of the Year." Two years prior, the line named the retailer with "National Account of the Year."
On behalf of Celebrity Cruises, Dondra Ritzenthaler, senior vice president of sales for Celebrity Cruises, presented the award to Jeff Tolkin, co-chairman/Co-CEO, David Crooks, senior vice president of product and operations and Dwain Wall, senior vice president/general manager of CruiseOne and Cruises Inc., as well as Jeff Smith, senior vice president customer care, Jeff Sherota, senior vice president house brands marketing and Debbie Fiorino, vice president human resources. Also in attendance was a group of 35 agents from WTH’s family of brands, including CruiseOne and Cruises Inc. owners and agents who were present aboard Eclipse for their annual “The Navigators Cruise” top producer celebration.
During the presentation Ritzenthaler said, “Relationships like this one are not created overnight, they are built upon by good people doing great things consistently over many years.
