Mitch Berger, owner of Guides of Oahu, has teamed up with www.waikiki.com in an attempt to combat Hawaii’s declining tourism arrivals by slashing prices on a variety of tours. The company will premiere $5 tours beginning February 1.

These tours will be shorter than the average tour in Hawaii and will feature highlights of the standard tours. Berger— the first tour operator in Hawaii to offer an Obama Tour— will include a shorter highlight Obama Tour among his $5 tours. Other selections include a Honolulu City & Cultural Highlights Tour and a Rainforest, Waterfall & Pali Scenic Lookout Tour. The tours all begin in Waikiki and last 60-75 minutes.
