Aeromexico Announces New Route Between Guadalajara, Las Vegas

Aeromexico has announced its new route connecting Guadalajara, Mexico with Las Vegas.

The new route, which officially launched October 13, is offered on Thursdays and Sundays. Flights depart Las Vegas at 2:35 p.m. and arrive in Guadalajara at 7:45 p.m. Return flights leave at 11:50 a.m. and arrive back in Las Vegas at 1:25 p.m.

"Guadalajara is one of the most popular destinations among the local community in Las Vegas,” said Oscar Mejia, senior vice president of sales for the North America division, in a written statement. “The city is also considered an important hub, that allows passengers to connect with convenient schedules to more than 40 domestic destinations within Mexico as well as the main gateways in Central and South America.

The new service comes into place right in time, as the city of Guadalajara will host the Pan American Games from now through Oct. 31.
