Air France Responds to Strike Threat

Following the call for strike action by a single union as of October 26, Air France has released a statement saying that the company is "doing all it can to limit the impact of this disruption on its flights and to provide customers with optimum information as early as possible."

On October 26, Air France expects to carry all its passengers to their final destination. Disruptions should remain limited to a few flight delays.

Air France will inform customers directly by telephone, SMS or email

Passengers can give their contact details online at www.airfrance.us in the “View / modify your reservations” section, on the Air France mobile website (http://mobile.airfrance.com), iPhone, Android and Windows Phone in the “Manage my Flights - My bookings” section

This “AF Connect” service is free of charge and is available to all passengers worldwide. The confidential information will only be used to inform them in case of disruption.
