Air Malta Reaches Out to Travel Agents

Air Malta is expanding its out reach to the U.S. travel agent market with efforts to familiarize agents with the Maltese Islands and with their agent offerings and net rates. The airline will be unveiling several affordable agent exclusive fam rates as well as travel packages for agent bookings for the fall/winter travel season, Air Malta reports. Travel agents can add their markup up to 15 percent.

One example of the new Air Malta program, is its "Discover Malta" air-inclusive travel package from New York. It will help travel agents get their clients to experience the Maltese Islands this fall or winter. Air Malta presents an exotic, warm weather European getaway from only $935 pp, net rate for travel agent bookings, including: roundtrip airfare from JFK or EWR to Malta International Airport,
