The All-New OHANA Waikiki Beachcomber Debuts

The OHANA Waikiki Beachcomber has completed an interior remodel that includes newly upgraded, upscale accommodations, lobby and port cochere. The remodel is part of part of an extensive $21 million renovation.

Guest rooms at the OHANA Waikiki Beachcomber feature a rejuvenated look with a contemporary design; neutral hues, sandstone accents, as well as new carpeting and hardwood furnishings.  Bathrooms are completely updated with granite countertops, wall-mounted mirrors and decorative light fixtures. Upgrades to the hotel’s lobby and port cochere mirror this design aesthetic by offering a more spacious and comfortable entry and check-in process.

The final phase of the OHANA Waikiki Beachcomber’s renovation includes completion of its new pool in December 2008. In February 2009, the hotel will welcome Jimmy Buffett at the Beachcomber restaurant. The hotel’s special Re-Introductory Rate starts at $139 per room, per night. The hotel is celebrating its completed upgrades by offering travel agents a special fam rate through December 21, 2009, starting at $90 per room per night.
