| Machille Pedro joins Aqua Hospitality as director of reservations |
Aqua Hospitality, a hotel management company in Hawaii, recently announced two appointments to its corporate staff. Machille Pedro has joined the company as director of reservations and George Hart as revenue manager.
Pedro will oversee the company's central reservations office based in Honolulu. Her primary focus will be developing call center business to assist in achieving revenue growth and profitable operations.

She will also be responsible for ensuring her team provides the highest quality customer service to prospective guests. Pedro brings more than 17 years of experience in customer relations, account management and leadership to Aqua.
Most recently, she worked for Hawaii-based health plan AlohaCare, where she held the positions of director of provider relations and director of plan operations.
Hart brings nearly 10 years of experience in market analysis and competitive strategy to Aqua. In this position, Hart will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the revenue management office, which includes maximizing top line revenues for all Aqua properties.
Hart joins Aqua from Heritage Wealth Architects, where he was senior partner and portfolio manager.
