FIVE50 Pizza Bar, located at ARIA Resort & Casino Las Vegas, is now open daily from 11:30 a.m. to midnight. Following the success of Sage, Chef Shawn McClain's first restaurant at the property, FIVE50 is serving up wood-fired pizzas, small plates, artisanal charcuterie, international cheeses, seasonal salads, pastas and desserts, all complemented with a selection of craft beers.
FIVE50's 16-inch pizza pies, such as the Gotham are topped with pepperoni, sausage, salami, mozzarella and Grana Padano; and the Farmstead, with prosciutto, creme fraiche and coutnry olives, finished with an over-easy farm egg. Other varieties include the clam-toppped North Beach and Truffle pizzas. Guests can also created their own with choices of more than 20 toppings.
FIVE50's small plates include clams and linguica sausage, octopus crostini, and creamy polenta and farm egg. All pasta is hand-rolled daily; signature dishes include Ricotta Cavatelli with pistachio pesto; and Pigs & Truffles, a pork shoulder cannelloni with spinach, bechamel and summer truffles.
Guests can enjoy desserts such as milk chocolate-lavendar custard and the FIVE50 'Beer' Float.
With more than 50 beers offered, guests can choose from a draft selection of 11 microbrews on tap. The menu includes Dogfish Head, Sierra Nevada and Las Vegas microbreweries, Tenaya Creek, and Big Dog's and more. FIVE50's beverage program provides three gluten-free beers, four ciders, an extensive by-the-glass wine list and specialty cocktails.
Guests on-the-go can enjoy sizeable pieces of these signature pies for $5.50 at the restaurant's slice counter, which also serves two draft beer choices. The slice counter is open from 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.
