Art Pass Debuts in New Zealand

Agents whose art-minded clients are heading to the Nelson region of New Zealand can alert them to a new art pass that includes admission to three venues. The Nelson's Art Pass provides entry to the WearableArt and Collectable Cars Museum, a guided tour of the glassblowing studio and museum at Hoglund Art Glass-International Glass Centre, a guided studio tour of MacMillans Hand Thrown Ceramics and a copy of a 200-page guide to the artistic and cultural elements of the region. The Nelson's Art & Workshop Pass includes these four elements and adds participation in the traveler's choice of a ceramics workshop or a glass bead-making workshop; both are tutored by experienced artists. Call (64-3) 547-4573, e-mail [email protected] or visit [www.nelsonsartpass.co.nz].
