Paul Burke, president and managing director of Atlantis, Paradise Island, recently announced the appointment of Pavan Kapur to the senior vice president of revenue optimization and strategy for the company.
In his new role, Kapur will be responsible for leading and overseeing all Atlantis’ revenue streams. Kapur will set strategic direction and goals to successfully maximize revenue across the entire resort property while maintaining market share analysis and yielding strategy.
Kapur, who will assume this role immediately, will be based in the company’s Plantation, Florida, offices and will report directly to Burke.
“Atlantis’ revenue management is evolving to focus on the total guest spend model,” said Burke in a written release. “Pavan’s expertise and wealth of knowledge will bring both strength and growth to our new comprehensive revenue structure.”
Kapur has more than 15 years of finance, revenue, and analytics experience. Most recently, he served as the vice president of revenue optimization for Caesar’s Entertainment Corporation in Las Vegas.
