The British Virgin Islands Tourist Board today introduced its first-ever international television advertising campaign. The announcement came during the BVI Tourist Board Industry Meeting at the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College’s auditorium. The campaign begins July 23 and features a new 30-second advertisement that will be broadcast in the U.S. and throughout the Caribbean on CNN, Headline News Network and the CNN Airport Network.

On CNN, the advertisement is scheduled to run during CNN Newsroom (Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 4p.m.), CNN Saturday Morning (6:00 to 7:30 a.m.) and CNN Sunday Morning (8 to 9 a.m.).

On the Headline News Network, the advertisement is scheduled to appear between 6 a.m. and 4 p.m. On the CNN Airport Network, the advertisement is scheduled to appear during peak morning travel (Monday through Friday, 6-10 a.m.) and peak evening travel (Monday through Friday, 3-8 p.m.). The initial television advertisement in the campaign builds on the successful “Discover Nature’s Little Secrets” theme, showcasing the wide variety of accommodations available to BVI visitors.
