BVI Resort Unveils New Look

Peter Island Resort & Spa, the largest private island resort in the British Virgin Islands, recently unveiled refurbished guest rooms and enhanced spa experiences. Each of the 32 Ocean View Rooms and 20 Beachfront Junior Suites have just completed a dramatic soft goods refurbishment.

Inspired by the Caribbean setting, the new look features bright and refreshing colors. Replacing former shades of royal blue and yellow, the new design utilizes one of two color schemes: turquoise, lime and light green, shades of brown and taupe; or a chic palette combining sunset orange, peach and magenta with contrasting lime. The revamped rooms feature crisp, white bedding accented with colorful blankets and throw pillows of organic wool. BVI-inspired paintings by Caribbean-based artist Debi Carson adorn the walls. They are also new carved and woven wood headboards and Beachfront Junior Suites have transformed lounge areas with daybeds.
