Karisma Resorts Announces Refurbishments and Rewards

Karisma Hotels has completed a number of additions and refurbishments at its El Dorado Seaside Suites in the Riviera Maya. The resort introduced four new buildings with 84 additional suites, including 29 new swim-up suites. Three Premium Suites are oceanfront, with swim-up Jacuzzi suites offering a private beach bed set up with fresh linens. El Dorado Seaside Suites has also redesigned 51 existing suites, added a new swim-up bar and pool and extended the à la carte menu throughout the day at La Caretta restaurant. The El Dorado Royale, also in the Riviera Maya, received the AAA Four Diamond Award. The adults-only, all-inclusive resort and spa offers swim-up Ocean Front Casita Suites, featuring private open-air showers, king-sized beds, domed ceilings and in-suite Jacuzzis for two, overlooking the ocean. Barcelo Maya Beach Resort Unveils New Spa

The Barcelo Maya Beach Resort in Mexico has announced the opening of a new luxury spa facility at the company's all-inclusive resort complex that includes the five-star Barcelo Maya Tropical and Colonial Beach Hotels. The new spa features European style spa services such as Swedish massage, couples massage, flotation therapy, hydrotherapy and Vichy showers. In addition, Mayan-style massage is offered. The spa's signature treatment is the traditional Mayan Temazal Lodge (a traditional American-Indian sweat lodge). Palace Resorts Opens Newly Renovated Sun Palace

Palace Resorts has reopened SunPalace as the first couples-only property in Cancun. Located at the southern end of Cancun's hotel zone, the refurbished property was closed in October 2005 following damages sustained from Hurricane Wilma. Visit www.palaceresorts.com.
