The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA) has announced the winners of its “Cash in on Vegas” summer edition booking incentive. The LVCVA partnered with 10 national travel wholesalers on the promotion to offer travel agents the chance to qualify to win more than $40,000 in cash prizes. From June 1-30, travel agents from each of the 10 participating wholesale partners who sold a minimum of five air/land packages to the Las Vegas destination qualified for the chance to win cash gift cards valued between $50 and $1,000.
One lucky top producer, from each wholesale partner, took home the grand prize of $1,000. These winning agents are: Ernie Navarro of Casablanca Express in Woodland Hills, CA; Lisa Raymond of Business Incentives Inc in Minneapoli; Polly Carchedi of Hobbit Travel/MPLS in Minneapolis; Deborah Kapp of WTTFLL in Ft. Lauderdale, FL; Bill Cummings of A Time to Travel in Cleveland; Jennifer Hester of AAA Allied Group in Mason, OH; Heather Marsh of Worldventures in Southlake, TX; Toni Russell of Empire Travel Center in Denver; and Teresa Ma of Marco Polo Tours in Vancouver, BC.
