Guests have a choice of one and two-bedroom apartments, each with a separate living room and fully-equipped kitchen. Many will have a loft hang-out with views of the lagoon, ocean or park. Each apartment offers comfortable living space for guests to relax with their partner and kids or party with friends.

Cassia Friends (the nickname for Cassia’s staff) can recommend the best local sights and sounds, from sunbathing on the best beaches and checking out Phuket’s night scene to enjoying island-hopping tours, spa massages and Thai boxing classes.

During pre-arrival, guests can choose different stay options on the website – preferred apartment packages, airport transfer methods, spa and room add-ons, a la-carte housekeeping and tour packages. Upon arrival, the hotel’s Meeting Point counter allows guests to go through a paperless check-in process, aligned with Banyan Tree’s sustainability standards. During their stay, guests are connected with free Wi-Fi and can enjoy a Tiffin-box breakfast.

Food and beverage options are casual. Guests can pick from Market 23 Cafe, a gathering spot offering gourmet coffee and grab-n-go meals, and Street Bar, which offers cocktails, an in-house DJ and a chance to see the work of Thai street artists RUKKIT and TikkyWOW. Market 23 Cafe and the local market also offer the opportunity to purchase ingredients for guests who wish to make their own meals in their apartments.

Two swimming pools and direct access to Bang Tao Beach offer swimming and sunbathing opportunities, and the Chill-Chill Spa offers massages and facials, as well as nail and waxing treatments. Other facilities include a gym, mini convenience mart, home-delivery service and touch-screen concierge. In the area, guests can also check out island-hopping and shopping tours, the Cherngtalay Night Market and more.

Early Booking Offer

The new property is offering a special opening package for stays from October 21. The Cassia Grand Opening Big Bang package includes the opportunity to buy one night and get one night free, plus two Continental Tiffin Breakfasts per room.

This offer is valid for stays from October 21 to December 19, 2015, and January 10 to 31, 2016
