Clients can take part int he Sip, Savor & Roll, pairing premium sake with specialty sushi rolls on Dec. 26 from 6 to 8 p.m. The Reel Rosé Sunset Prelude, oceanfront dining with seafood and wine pairings, takes place Dec. 28 from 5-7 p.m. The “Wish on a Wave” Tiki Hour with live music, pupus, rum cocktails and sangria takes place Dec. 29 from 3-5 p.m. The New Year’s Eve Chef’s Interactive Pa’ina, an island-inspired tapas at interactive chef stations plus fresh flower lei greeting and more, takes place Dec. 31 from 5:30 to 10 p.m. The New Year’s Eve Dinner at The Banyan Tree, a sophisticated fare with four-course menu and live entertainment by Raw Silk, will take place Dec.31 from 5:30 p.m. to closing. The New Year’s Eve Countdown Celebration for Children, which includes special ways to ring in the New Year for children of all ages including a Make-Your-Own Pizza party and early countdown for children 5 – 8 to a guided night hike, karaoke, sparkling cider and more for those nine and older, takes place Dec. 31 from 6 p.m. to 1 a.m.
