On March 31, 2013, travelers are invited to celebrate Easter Sunday and be a part of the Easter Parade and Easter Bonnet Festival which runs from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. Easter celebrants can tune in by visiting EarthCam's webcast of the Easter festivities at www.earthcam.com/usa/newyork/fifthave. Visitors can view all the Easter celebrations along Fifth Avenue from 48th to 57th Streets.
Easter church services are also being held near the Easter Parade and Bonnet Festival:
- St. Patrick's Cathedral on 50th Street and 5th Avenue is holding a Saturday Vigil at 8 p.m., with services on Sunday at 7 a.m., 8 a.m., 8:45 a.m., 10:15 a.m., noon, 1 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. A Spanish Mass will be held at 4 p.m.
- Saint Thomas Church, located on 53rd Street and 5th Avenue, is holding a Solemn Eucharist at 8 a.m. and 11 a.m., with an organ recital at 2:30 p.m. followed by a Solemn Evensong at 3 p.m.
- 5th Avenue Presbyterian Church on 55th Street and 5th Avenue is holding festival services at 9:30 a.m. and 11:15 a.m.
