Concorde Hotels & Resorts Appoints New Director of Sales

Concorde Hotels & Resorts has recently appointed Emmanuel Comble as director of sales at one of its premiere Parisian properties, Hotel Concorde Saint-Lazare, which will be celebrating its 120th birthday in 2009. Comble, who currently leads a team of 34 and holds a similar position at Hotel Concorde Montparnasse and Hotel Concorde LaFayette in Paris, will now oversee the sales initiatives for all three four-star hotels. In addition, he will be responsible for nearly 1,500 guest rooms and suites.

Comble’s extensive background in sales stems from his experience in previous positions held at international hotel groups Millennium, Hilton and Dorint. He led the repositioning of the Copthorne Charles de Gaulle hotel into the Millennium Charles de Gaulle in Paris. Most recently, he successfully steered the ownership change of the Hotel Bleu Marine Montparnasse, which is now part of the Concorde collection as Hotel Concorde Montparnasse.
