Corinthia Hotel London Begins Taking Reservations

Great news from London: The city's newest five-star luxury hotel, Corinthia Hotel London, has announced that reservations are now open to the public, several months before the April opening.

Reservations for the capital’s newest luxury hotel can be made through the website www.corinthia.com/London, via email [email protected] or by telephone at 1-877-842-6269 (US toll free).

Corinthia Hotel London is a reconstruction of what was originally an imposing Victorian-era Grand Hotel. What we're psyched about: The reborn hotel will have 294 rooms, including 43 luxe suites. The 5,059-square-foot Royal Suite will reportedly be the largest in London. There will be  seven signature suites over two stories, served by their own internal elevators, and located inside historic turrets featuring terraces with views across some of London’s most iconic landmarks. Even cooler: Each signature suite is inspired by a great figure in British history including a musician, inventor and writer.

The hotel will also have a refurbished grand ballroom takes centre stage and includes restored Victorian features. The hotel’s main restaurant, The Northall, will offer raw, seasonal and sustainable ingredients from local sources and an organic focused wine list.

In addition, the hotel features two striking venues conceived by interior design practice David Collins Studio. The musically inspired destination bar, Bassoon, will serve both molecular cocktails and colonial inspired drinks from its boutique spirits library. Massimo Restaurant and Oyster Bar, headed by Italian chef patron Massimo Riccioli, offers an exciting menu specializing in fish with a strong focus on daily catches.

The Corinthia's massive ESPA will spread out over four floors and will offer some unique luxury spa treatments. Legendary colorist and hairdresser Daniel Galvin OBE will open a second London salon within the hotel. We love this: A private room in the salon will offer a library of over 25,000 films for VIP clients from the performing arts and film industry to use as a reference for their own hairstyles, color and make-up. Other firsts for the hotel include a Harrods-inspired luxury lifestyle concept store in the main lobby.
