Costa Rica Announces New Seasonal Routes, Additional Airlines

With two international airports, Juan Santamaria Airport (SJO) just north of San José and Daniel Oduber Airport (LIR) in Liberia, those planning to visit Costa Rica now have more access. 
Amongst the additions, this winter JetBlue Airways will begin non-stop service from Boston to Daniel Oduber International Airport. The new route to Liberia from Boston, will also serve as a connection point for those traveling from Chicago, Pennsylvania and Washington and the greater New England region. Visitors that are looking to plan ahead can visit to book their next trip to Costa Rica starting at $199 each way. The new route is scheduled to operate once a week on Saturdays starting November 1 and will continue through April 25, 2015.

Located in the popular Guanacaste Province, Daniel Oduber International Airport is situated just miles from Costa Rica’s beaches, placing visitors moments away from the start of their vacation. Airlines that currently offer non-stop flights include:
