Crowne Plaza Casts Eye on Las Vegas

Watch for a new Crowne Plaza hotel to open in Las Vegas in 2010. The 386-room, Asian-themed hotel, which will sit west of major casinos on the Las Vegas Strip, will have a casino, three restaurants, three lounges, a spa and an outdoor swimming pool.

The hotel will also have 16,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space. The hotel is owned and managed by Andrew Lai under a license agreement with a company in the InterContinental Hotels Group.
